The Emageon Resource Services Group is a flexible, multi-disciplined team consisting of highly-trained PACS system administrators, technical field engineers and clinical workflow experts who provide dedicated on-site services to our customers. We have more than 20 customers who utilize this service to enhance their knowledge expertise, augment staffing challenges, serve as a neutral advisor to manage change and as an ambassador supporting physicians.
These valuable resources are dedicated for long-term assignment – acting as liaison among the customer’s IS, clinical and managerial departments to change management, adoption and growth. Specifically, the SA specialist will help facilitate practical workflow solutions, assist in on-going training, radiologist and referring physician support, and the day-to-day PACS systems administration.

The Emageon Training Group is responsible for designing, developing, and executing customer training in an academic environment. The scope of the training services includes an Emageon headquarters-based, hands-on learning environment supporting pre- and post-implementation customers.
